AAA Sports Distributors ships to all fifty (50) states in the US including Alaska & HI. We do not ship to Guam and Puerto Rico.
When you purchase from AAA Sports Distributors, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you decide you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below.
You may return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange.
All items must be in “new, unaltered, and unused condition”.
Products cannot have been installed or used in any fashion
. Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is:
- Without showing any signs of wear or damage.
- Must contain original packaging in the same condition it was shipped.
- Cannot have been installed, used, or test fit in any way.
Products returned with missing packaging, parts, damage, or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering, use, etc will result in a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted for a return at all.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
Please request an RMA number from firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping the product back.
If an item is received damaged or if an item other than what was ordered was shipped please contact us immediately.
Errors in shipments must be brought to our attention
within 7 days of receiving the order
and must be brought to our attention in the first contact regarding a return.
Lost / Stolen Package:
AAA Sports Distributors provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us.
If the lost package is a result of a mistake by AAA Sports Distributors, we will replace the loss.
If the lost package is the result of the courier’s mistake, we cannot replace the shipment until the insurance claim is completed.
Note: Insurance is not included in USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Shipping includes $50 of insurance.
Shipping to APO/DPO/FPO:
Due to ITAR Regulations, we are unable to ship to APO/DPO/FPO. While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with the United States Export Control Laws and Regulations. Under these laws and regulations, a shipment for personal purchase to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.
